The following vacancy(s) are currently open:

An organizational talent to support the office team (0.8-1 FTE)

Who are we?

With our theater company we create performances that can be seen in theaters all over the world. We work from our studio in Weesp. The organization consists of a core team of 10 people in the office. In addition, we work with a large group of players and technicians. There is an open atmosphere in our company. We start the week together and we are also there for each other on other days. There is little hierarchy and everyone’s voice is heard.

Who are you?

Are you interested in theatre? We are looking for someone who supports our organization (administratively). Do you and the team provide a pleasant environment for making all the beautiful performances? Do you like to make plans? And will you make sure that our studio will look better and better? Then we are looking for you!

  • You enjoy working together and helping others. You support various colleagues in their work. Think of making appointments and keeping schedules.
  • You enjoy interacting with new people. You answer general emails with questions about our work and you answer the phone.
  • You like to have an overview. You ensure that the office and studio are pleasant and tidy for our own team and visitors. Think of point of contact for visitors and suppliers and responsible for the day-to-day business.

In a city and a country where so many different languages are spoken, we offer a universal language on stage: that of image and movement. We are a mime company in which there is room for differences. We see diversity and inclusion as a great added value and believe in broad representation in areas such as gender, education level, cultural background, religion, sexual identity and age. We are looking for a colleague who will strengthen our team in that regard.

What do we offer you?

You will become part of one of the (inter)nationally most requested theater companies in the Netherlands. We hope you can start in September this year and we will start with a one-year appointment with the possibility of extension. The number of days per week is in consultation. We rate this position in scale II of the collective labor agreement for theater and dance (€1,905 to a maximum of €2,373 gross per month). Grading is based on your experience.

How can you respond?

Mail a short motivation (which can be a letter, but also a video for example) and an overview of your work experience to Marc Pil by 19 September at You will hear from us no later than September 21 whether you will be invited for an initial interview.

Do you have any questions? Feel free to contact us earlier via the email address above or 020-8950651.
